Proposal for Wellness Services

 

All Elements Corporate Wellness has organized the following business proposal. Our proposal for wellness services is based on three programs Benefits, Discount, and Wellness. The programs can be used individually and in conjunction with each other.

 

Wellness services such as Massage, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Craniosacral, Reiki, Reflexology, and Polarity as well as many other Complimentary Medicine/ Alternative Medicine treatments are often not covered by our health insurances. Although it is often these services that work to get to the root of chronic conditions such as Headaches, Back Pain, Neck Pain, Carpal Tunnel, Fibromyalgia, and  Digestive Disorders. By healing what is causing these chronic conditions it allows people to be relieved from the symptoms they were experiencing and continue to live healthier and pain free lives. It is when people suffer from chronic conditions that they are more prone to miss work or under perform.  Implementing a wellness program or offering wellness services will do the following for your company:

Programs

 

 

Wellness Program:

 

All Elements Healing Therapies, LLC will provide on site services to each location which can include one or more of the following; Chair Massage, Chiropractic Evaluations, Group Acupuncture, Chair Craniosacral, Reflexology, Hypnosis, and Reiki. Services will be given to employees in 10-20 minute sessions, during employee break times. Your company can hire 1+ therapist for 2-8 hours once a week, bi-weekly, or monthly.  Fees for this service are $80/ hour per therapist.

 

All Elements Healing Therapies, LLC will also provide classes to each branch location or for regional events which can include one or more of the following; Fitness, Yoga, Pilates, Stretching/Strengthening, Nutrition, Motivational Presenters, Health Care, Wellness, Reflexology, Craniosacral, Massage, Hypnosis, and Custom Classes based on Your business needs.

 

All Elements Corporate Wellness will work in conjunction with the staff of your company to organize Wellness/Health fairs to educate and inform employees of both medical and holistic therapies that can meet their individual needs.

This service is no charge.

 

Benefits Program:

 

All Elements Corporate Wellness will work with you to customize a benefits program to offer their employees each 1+ hour of wellness services per month. This program can be used as an incentive program, or can be used as a buy in program where employees who wish to use wellness services will contribute to a portion of the fees to cover their treatments.

 

For this program All Elements Corporate Wellness will network with providers in the area of each branch location, so that employees of your company can redeem gift cards given to them by your company for wellness services. Employees of your corporation will be able to choose to use their gift card at a variety of different service providers to include; Massage, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Herbalists, Craniosacral, Reflexology, Hypnosis, Nutritionists, Physical Therapy, Personal Trainers, and other local wellness providers.

 

 

Discount Program:

 

All Elements Corporate Wellness will offer a 10% discount on services to your Employees that live or work in your area.

 

Jessica Hunter, Director of All Elements Corporate Wellness will offer her networking services to contact wellness providers in your local area and gather requested information for your company. She will work to set up these providers on your company’s Discount Program that will be posted for employees to choose from when looking for wellness services.
