Massage

30 minute:

A half hour of massage concentrated on the area of the body that needs it most. Choose from Head, neck, shoulders, legs, arms ect.

Swedish:

Soft tissue massage using long flowing strokes and gentle kneading of the muscles to relax the body and calm the mind.
$65 1 Hour

Deep Tissue:

A deeper massage incorporating neuromuscular, trigger point therapy, and sports massage techniques. This massage targets specific muscle groups to relieve tension, stress, and chronic muscle problems.

Sports Massage:

Trigger points, stretching, and Range of Motion techniques used in combination with Deep Tissue strokes are used to work out those tension areas from regular work outs and sports activities.

Body and Soul Massage:

This is the perfect treatment for the over worked and stressed. After the body is worked in a 60min. Swedish massage the session is capped of with a 30min. Reiki treatment. This will help to reduce the physical pains as well as the mental, emotional pains that life can bring to us.

Foot Massage:

Pamper the most neglected part of your body. Combining a relaxing massage with reflexology points in the feet to increase circulation, relieve, stress and ease pain.

Reflexology:

Enjoy a therapeutic foot rub while receiving a Polarity Reflexology session. You'll be amazed at how the foot reflects your body and the amazing healing power Reflexology holds. In Polarity Reflexology not only do we work the feet, but we also work with the hands and the ears. Reflexology helps you with almost all health issues and Auricular Therapy (Reflexology of the Ear) is a great place to work acupressure points to help with cravings.

Energy Body Work

Reiki:
Usui Reiki is a form of energetic bodywork that operates by directing Divine healing to the body, mind, spirit and heart. Originally a Japanese method of energetic healing, Reiki balances and heals a person's energy or Chi. This life force energy--the Ki in Reiki flows through us and when imbalanced or low can cause illness on a variety of levels. A Reiki practitioner, by using gentle touch and hand movements in order to increase the life force energy, can facilitate healing safely and joyfully both in themselves and others.

Craniosacral Therapy:

Deeply relaxing and calming therapy that is used to balance the spinal fluid, bring the body into balance, relieve cranial pressure, open diaphragms, align the body, and calm the system. This therapy is wonderful for: Chronic Headache Sufferers, Sinus Problems, Insomnia, Hyperactivity, Spinal Trauma, Spinal Decompression, Chronic Ear Aches, Anxiety, and other Health Issues. $75 1 Hour

Polarity Therapy:

Is a combination of body work, energy therapy, communication, exercise and nutrition. Through bodywork and energy therapy, Polarity works to bring balance using trigger points, energy currents, positive, negative, and neutral points in the body, and using the five elements Ether, Air, Fire, Water, and Earth. Polarity communications works to help you hear your own words and find relationship to yourself and what you feel in your body. A variety of exercises will help release any energy blocks. Finally a nutrition plan will help bring your body back into balance. Because different people have different goals, we customize each therapy to fit your physical, nutritional, and spiritual needs.
